I have ordered two other milk books in the past and were very happy with them. My most recent one (even though I ordered the exact same version as previous ones) seemed to have less premium paper inside and arrived with a smudge on the white cover unfortunately.
Milk books contacted me and did offer to reprint but I opted for a credit. Their customer service was efficient and kind. Glad we got a quick solution.
