I used another company at the same time to make smaller books for family and enjoyed the process with Milk books so much more. Felt very intuitive and you have complete control on how it's all laid out, how big images are, where they are on the page. Take you time to try out all the buttons and options and you'll see the possibilities are endless. Even the given layouts are fully customizable. One thing I wish they would change is being able to hide images you don't wish to include. For example, if you upload 6 photos from the brides morning getting ready but prefer a layout with 5, that 6th photo just sits there and keeps bringing you back to it when selecting the next page's photos. Wish I could hide it without deleting it so I still have the option to change my mind. I kept having to move images I didn't want to use to the end of the lineup so it would stop dragging me back to unselected photos when I moved on to the next page. The other thing I feel they could do better is the writing on the outside of the album. If you know you'll be looking at this a lot or using it as a coffee table book, the writing is not embossed, and feels like it will peel off eventually. Overall the album is beautiful and I'm really happy with it. It is also SOLID. Couldn't believe how heavy it was! My SIL got an album from her photographer and I would almost swear it was from Milk books, it's certainly not any better than our Milk book album.
