I had a great experience making my engagement album with them. A lot of the functionality was pretty straight forward to use, but I still loved how they had a chatbot to use when I had any questions. I used it once and the response was super quick/ helpful! The had plenty of different layouts to play from and many features that allows you to customize it just how you'd like it! I loved how creative I got to be with it. The quality is something else. The album is sturdy and carries weight, which is exactly what I wanted for my engagement album. It makes the PERFECT coffee table book. It's expensive for sure, but I recommend waiting for sales and looking for promo codes that is up to 40% you could find and use.
