Easy to use and beautiful finished product

I appreciate Milk Books reviewing my book before sending it to print and the quality is great.

The quality of the album is amazing - absolutely beautiful for an online service. I would say the shipping process could be improved - I was ordering four wedding photo albums, and the shipping process from Hong Kong got a little wonky. Their online design interface takes some getting used to, but if you stick with it, you'll get a design you love in a beautifully printed album.

Absolutely incredible experience. It is very rare that I am impressed with a company so much that I feel compelled to write a review. I’d already created an album on another site, but decided I wanted to change the cover material, and it WOULDN’T LET ME. I emailed them and they said “not an option.” It boggled my mind that, after spending hours designing a photo book, I couldn’t upgrade the cover material without starting over. So I found MILK. What a dream. The interface was seamless and intuitive, the leather cover allowed for a LARGE photo, which was amazing, and to top it all off? It arrived sooner than expected. If that wasn’t enough, the photo book is STUNNING. The photos are high quality, the pages are high quality, the binding is high quality—from top to bottom, I truly could not be happier. I will NEVER use another company again. Five stars all around. Incredible.

I didn’t know what to expect when I first ordered from MILK books but the quality of the product and ease to create it was amazing! So seamless! I initially used them to create our wedding album and it was the best decision I made! I’ve since made another order from them and an additional purchase in their sale to create at a later date because I know they will be my new go to for all our family albums! Which is especially exciting because we now have a little one on the way who needs his own Milk book album☺️ could not be happier with my albums from them!
