At first I was disappointed in the cover since it started to twist and bend only after a few days of purchasing although everything else was perfect with the book (the quality of the photos and prints were amazing). I reached out to customer service and they responded with a personal phone call and also email to help make things right for me. I was very impressed with the excellent quality of customer service. It must have been a strange anomaly with my first book because I shortly got another one and it is perfect, there is no bending in the cover. I would like to thank the team for producing such an amazing wedding book for me to look on for 50+ years to come. I would highly recommend MILK books for a wedding album!
