I love the email update and the journey with regards to the step by step process from order to build to deliver time line given to meI am also happy to be informed of the delivery date and precise time on the day of delivery Absolutely no complain , except that i am so surprised by the size of the box ! It is a big box! I instantly felt that it is really value for money !PHEW! Nice work!

I chose Milkbooks because I really wanted the "journal" shape that they offered and the 200 pages that were possible in that format. I also wanted to add writing and drawing to the photobook and loved that they offered an untreated textured paper, a level of quality that accepts my pen's ink but doesn't bleed to the back. I got frustrated at times when building the pages that the program was not as user friendly as some of the other companies I have used in the past, but for me the finished product is exactly as I had hoped and made whatever struggle I had during the process well worth the time to overcome. It is absolutely gorgeous. Linen cover, lovely paper, lay flat format, beautiful color inks-- I love how it does not feel like a magazine, but rather a lovely book in your hands.The whole book spans 30 years of photos and it took ages for me to put it together. Twice I had to ask for extensions on my time limit. The support team members were wonderfully understanding, and helpful when I got stuck with a technical quandary. After I catch my breath, I'm going to get started on Volume II.

Great quality. Used this for our wedding album and then made a photo book as a yearbook. Sick of photos staying on my phone and not looking at them so this is a perfect memento of the year and a way to make sure we protect our photographic memories. It serves as a coffee table book for the year and then will go into a cupboard to look back on once the new year's one replaces it. Quality is excellent. Only small gripe is the shipping cost.

The whole process is easy. MILK design interface was easy to use to put together the design of the photo book. I got the standard photo book and quality of the print is good. Great for printing photos and memories. I was printing photos from a holiday. If I was printing high end photography or art prints I would go for a different option with a higher end print. Cloth book cover is good quality and nice texture.
